Started blogging with WordPress, diving deep into what made the platform tick.

2005 – 2016

Built websites for my own businesses, learning through trial and error what actually worked in the real world. Got crazy deep into studying copywriting, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

2017

Started an agency in Atlanta because I knew I could get other businesses the same results I was able to get for my own. Projects ranged from $5K to $125K, giving me perspective across the entire spectrum of client work.

2020

Started publishing YouTube videos, quickly gained a following, and started my Inner Circle by popular request – a paid community with close to 2000 agency owners and freelancers. I've received hundreds of messages from people who say that my content has literally changed the course of their life, which is by far my proudest accomplishment.

2021

Released my first product, Automatic.css. Born from frustrations with existing tools and workflows, it was designed to solve real problems developers face every day.

2022

Launched Frames, continuing to build tools that streamline development and help pros deliver cleaner, more scalable websites.

2024

Did a $1.2 million launch of Etch, proving there's massive demand for tools that actually respect best practices and bring innovative features like Auto Block Authoring.
